My journey into coaching is deeply personal. After years of infertility, a diagnosis of stage 4 endometriosis, and eventually becoming a mother, I experienced first-hand how profoundly life's challenges and transitions can shape who we are.
Those years gave me a deep compassion for women navigating uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and seasons of change. They also strengthened my belief that every woman deserves a safe, supportive space where she can feel heard, make sense of what she's going through, and reconnect with herself.
With over 350 coaching hours and training in emotional intelligence and CBT, I bring both professional grounding and lived understanding to our work together. My approach is supportive and reflective: I won't hand you a script. I'll help you find your own answers and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
You don't need to become someone else to move forward. Sometimes you simply need the space, support, and guidance to rediscover yourself.
